Our Unique Approach

To ease the burden of running a small-business, many companies today outsource their bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities. We are pleased to offer the following unique advantages:
  • We provide individualized attention with trainings customized for your particular needs and to your particular learning style.
  • Our philosophy is holistic and includes sharing accounting concepts with you and your staff as needed. We enjoy helping you understand your bookkeeping so that you can make important financial decisions
  • We offer support that is available to you at your convenience. Our services are available on a regular or as needed basis. We are happy to provide after-hours, evening, weekend, and emergency appointments.
  • We are exceptionally accommodating and will provide our services wherever you need them. We will come to your office, invite you to ours, meet you at a neutral location, or pick-up and drop-off finished work to your office.
  • We always have the evolution of your business in mind and set-up systems that can accommodate and grow with you
  • We can help guide your company into the future, using modern software and internet technologies
  • We have been in business since 1992 and our experience has taught us numerous organizational and technological "tricks" to make bookkeeping more efficient
  • We are infinitely patient and love to research and sort-out "hard to solve" problems
  • We take advantage of the many modalities of client support, such as face-to-face, phone, e-mail, instant messaging, internet file transfers, and facsimile
  • We are happy to create a customized payment plan for your particular needs. Our contracts are flexible because we understand that you may need different types of support at different times
  • We maintain a network of well-respected financial service providers in the Bay Area who can enhance your business support system
